Brian A. Rose, 55, of New Bedford died May 14, 2012 unexpectedly at Royal Taber Street Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Walter "Tony" and Elizabeth I. "Betty" (Gomes) Rose, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
He enjoyed music, art and fishing.
Survivors include his son, Brian Rose, Jr. of New Bedford; 2 daughters, Shauna Lopes of Lewiston, ME and Shatisha Miller of Texas; a brother, Tony Rose of Fall River; 2 sisters, Anita Rose of Dorchester; and April Rose of New Bedford; 6 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Debbie Monteiro.
His funeral arrangements will be private.
