OWEN, NOLAND REID "JACKIE," 69, passed away at his home.
He formerly worked for the old Capital Holding and retired from Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
He is survived by his four children, Mitchell Owen (Chelsey), Alina M. Owen (Robert Piercy), Geri Cauley (Todd) and Lee Owen; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Ronnie Jackson and two sisters, Janice Jackson and Laverne Quail.
He will have a memorial service on Saturday at 4 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be noon-4 p.m. service time. The family has chosen cremation.
