David A. Heath,51, passed away May 7,2012 at Jewish Hospital.
Preceded in death by his brother Kevin Heath.
Survived by his mother Gladys Turner and father Herschel Heath (Aldean), brother Jimmy Heath (Yong), step-sisters Denata Wihebrink (Mike)and Tijuana Crenshaw (Russ), Uncle Don and Aunt Pauline Sublett, 1 nephew and 2 nieces.
Funeral service Friday 11 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Knoxes Creek Church Cemetery in Linwood, Ky.
Visitation Thursday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M.
