After a courageous eleven year battle with head, neck, and lung cancer, Glenn Albert Laks, 61, of New Bedford succumbed to his disease on Monday May 7, 2012. His sense of humor and acceptance of his fate made it easier on his family and friends. He kept everyone laughing until the end. He will certainly be missed by his loved ones. His biggest accomplishment in life was his daughter whom he loved very much.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Laks; his sisters, Laila Taber and Linda Santos; and two nephews, Matthew and Michael Santos.
He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Vivian Laks.
