Larry W. Wrenn, age 59, died Friday, May 4, 2012 at Yalobusha General Hospital in Water Valley, MS. He was born May 10, 1952 in Yalobusha County, MS to the late Wallace and Lucille Ross Wrenn. Larry was a retired, self-employed contractor and a member of Mt. Liberty Church in Calhoun County, MS. He enjoyed watching NASCAR races and sports programs and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 7, 2012 in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Kevin Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Liberty Church Cemetery in Calhoun County, MS.
Larry is survived by his wife, Wilma Criss Wrenn of Water Valley, MS; two sons, Chad Wrenn (Leah Anne) of Water Valley, MS and Brandon Wrenn (Cathey) of Grenada, MS; one sister, Joyce Gardner (Charles) of Olive Branch, MS; and two grandchildren, Cate Wrenn and Heath Wrenn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Daisy Wrenn Parker.
