Elizabeth O. Glosser
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, May 4, 2012, Mrs. Elizabeth Oglesby Glosser, 87, wife of the late Mr. Richard D. Glosser.
Mrs. Glosser was a native of Rocky Ford, GA, but lived in Augusta most of her life. She was an active member of the American Legion (Post 205), VFW (Post 3200), Eastern Star and the Business Professionals Women’s Club. Mrs. Glosser was retired after 45 years as a bookkeeper for Marks Handkerchiefs. She was a spunky lady who enjoyed working in the yard and drinking a tall glass of sweet iced tea. Mrs. Glosser loved her children and grandchildren.
Family members include: daughter: Sandra L. Glosser; son: Richard D. Glosser, Jr.; grandchildren: Jennifer Nail (Michael), Jordan Glosser, Michael Glosser; great grandchildren: Ashley and Sterling Nail; sister: Reba Brown; friend and caregiver: Elaine Ruffin.
A graveside service will be held Monday, May 7, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
