Passed away suddenly on May 1, 2012 at age 47. Preceded in death by father Bryan. Survived by loving wife Kandice; children Alicia, Sheree, Shane, Jeremy, Kelli; 7 grandchildren; mother Patricia; brothers Eric, Mark, Bryan Jr., Kurt, Shaun; many nieces, nephews, & dear friends. Memorial Mass Friday (5/4) 11:00 AM at ST. JUDE OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi, with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
