Blanche F. Nault 86, of East School St. died Wednesday at the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Walter Makolandra and Roland Nault. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Cordelia (Chamberland) Beland. Mrs. Nault was an assembler for AT Cross for fifteen years before retiring in 1989.
She is survived by a son Walter Makolandra of Woonsocket, three daughters Debra Daigle of Glocester, Blanche Martins of N. Attleboro, and Kim Lacasse of Woonsocket, a sister Therese Forest of Woonsocket, nineteen grandchildren and twenty eight great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Roger Makolandra and Lucie Carrier, and sister of the late Rene, Victor, and Ernest Beland, Alexandrina Brizzard, Laura Lopez, Margaret Fontaine, Anna Bileau and Beatrice Doyon.
Visiting hours will be held Friday 4-7 PM with a Service beginning at 7:00 PM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket, RI. Burial will be held Saturday May 19th at 10:00 AM in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery in Slatersville. In lieu of flowers donations to Solid Rock Bible Baptist Church, 214 Main St. Blackstone, MA 01504, in her memory, would be appreciated.
