Paul G. Flick
Martinez, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, May 1, 2012, Mr. Paul Gilmore Flick, 82, husband of Mrs. Doris W. Flick.
Mr. Flick served in the US Navy for 20 years where he was awarded numerous medals, accommodations, and five good conduct medals. He served on the USS Sibaney, USS Missouri, USS Wisconsin, USS Rich, and the USS Everglades. Mr. Flick also worked as a salesman with Electrolux and for Carolina Pole Buildings. He was a member of Riverview United Methodist Church.
Family members in addition to his wife include daughters, Deborah Lynn Mason (Tom), Doris Anne Crissman (Ron), Denise Dale Flick (Charlie), Deborah Faye Miller (Bert), Cynthia Gail Bell (John), sons: Herbert Dale Flick (Ellisa), Randall Scott Flick (Virginia), granddaughters: Chelsea Flick, Biancia Adams, Trishia Mason, Mellisa Martland, grandsons: Brandon DeLoach, Kyle DeLoach, Billy Crissman (Kellie), Chase Flick, Zane Mason (Jen), Julian Martin (Sandy), Travis Martin (Shanna), Christian and Scott Flick, numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services with full military honors will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Charlie K. DeLoach officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Memorial.
