Obituary

Chad H. Joki, 46, of Londonderry died unexpectedly at his residence Saturday April 28, 2012. He was born October 29, 1965 in Nashua, NH, and was a son of Dorothy M. (Austin) and the late Herbert Joki. He was raised and educated in Litchfield, and was a 1983 graduate of Alvirne High School. He had been a lifelong resident of the Litchfield/Londonderry area.
Mr. Joki was employed for many years as a Master Plumber with Austin Plumbing, and also worked as a self-employed HVAC contractor. He enjoyed carpentry, and built a horse barn on his property. As a hard core conservative he often engaged in political debate, and will forever be remembered for his love of all animals.
Members of the family include his mother of Litchfield, his partner of over 25 years, Leah Doyle of Londonderry, a brother and his wife David F. & Paulette Joki of Litchfield, a sister and her husband, Jill & William Duca of Alton, NH, 2 nephews, Kyle & Eric Duca, and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
After cremation, calling hours were held on Saturday May 5th from 1 to 3pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A memorial service followed at 3pm in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to The Humane Society for Greater Nashua, 24 Ferry St. Nashua, NH 03064.
