WEBSTER – Stasia A. (Stolarczyk) Jasczur, 89, of Webster passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at UMass/Memorial Healthcare with her loving and devoted husband by her side.
She was born and raised in Webster, the eldest daughter of Czeslaw and Alexandra (Krupinski) Stolarczyk. Before she retired, she was a manager at Ethan Allen Company in Dudley. She is a life-long member of Saint Joseph Basilica in Webster. Stasia and her husband, Joe, loved to dance – especially polkas, and “Go South” to the Casinos.
Stasia leaves her husband of more than 60 years, Joseph M. Jasczur; 3 siblings, Victor F. Stolarczayk of Webster, Theresa Courtemanche of Roanoke, VA and Lorraine B. Dion of Thompson, CT. Her niece, Maria Bydlak of Farmington, CT lived with her for several years when she moved to the USA from Poland. Stasia leaves many other nieces and nephews to whom she was a loving “Cioci” as well as her caring neighbors and friends, Jerry DiDonato and Muriel Lariviere.
The Funeral will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 5, in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace. There are no calling hours. The family requests that flowers be omitted and that donations be made to Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
