MONAHAN- Of Amesbury, formerly of Chelsea, April 19th, Katherine. Devoted daughter of the late Michael and Julia (Mitchell) Monahan. Beloved sister of the late Michael and Martin Monahan. Sisiter-in-law of Lorraine Monahan of Derry, New Hampshire and the late Alice (Olson) Monahan. Lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 601 Broadway, CHELSEA on Saturday morning, April 24th at 9 o'clock. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.A lifelong resident of Chelsea, Katherine, age 87, passed away at the Haborside Health Care Center, in Amesbury, where she had been a resident for the last 6 years, after an extended illness. For many years she was employed at Beacon Wiper as a machinist.
