Karll, Ruth (Cohen) 91, of Chelsea passed away on April 21, 2012. Ruth born in Malden and graduated Malden High School. She has been a resident of Chelsea for 70+ years. Ruth was a former member of the Walnut Street Shul.
Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Attorney Morris Karll. She was the devoted mother of Attorney Stephen Karll and his wife Judy and his late wife Roselyn and Janis Karll. She was the dear sister of Constance Goldman, the late Abraham Cohen, the late Frances Ruttenberg, the late Gertrude Zicher and the late Beatrice Nannis. Ruth was the loving grandmother of Alysa, Meridith and Rachel. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., Cary Sq., Chelsea on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM Interment in Everett. Memorial observance will be held at 201 Captains Row 4th floor Chelsea following the interment until 4:00 PM and will resume from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM and will resume from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
