Jackie L. Rigby, 73

Jackie L. (Leaverton) Rigby, 73, of Mansfield, passed away in the presence of her loving family, on Friday April 20, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the beloved wife of the late Jerry K. Rigby.
She was Born in Seoul, South Korea on April 5, 1939. She grew up and was educated in South Korea, and at the age of 23, moved to the United States.
Upon moving to the United States, she first settled in St, Joseph, Missouri. While residing in St. Joseph, Jackie had been employed at the former Sherwood Medical Supply Co. in St. Joseph.
She had made her home in Mansfield for the past 17 years and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She was the devoted mother of James Leaverton of Mansfield, and is also survived by her dear granddaughters; Katie A. Leaverton and Jennifer L. Leaverton. She was the adoring mother in law of the late Joan M. Leaverton who passed away on March 12, 2011.
Visitation and services will be held privately at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home in Mansfield. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield
