Beatrice I. (Lafleur) Gelinas 92, formerly of Blackstone died Monday April 16th, at Oakland Grove Health Care Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Hubert J. Gelinas. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Edouard and Rose-Anna (Gagnon) Lafleur. She was a member of the former Beethoven Club, an organist in several area parishes, and a piano teacher throughout her life.
Beatrice was the beloved mother of Chantal Walsh of Hayes, VA, Liesse Dubois of N. Scituate, RI, Luc H. Gelinas of Webster, MA, and Elise Saad of Rumney, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday April 24, at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery in Manville.
