HOCKENBURY, Hollis, 70, passed away Monday April 16, 2012 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.
He was born in Grayson County, KY. To Claude & Stella Mae (Decker) Hockenbury.
Hollis was a retired Engraver with Brummett Monument Co. and was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, a Brother: Kendall Hockenbury, and a Sister: Alta Stevenson.
Survivors include his children: Mark K. Hockenbury, Karen M. Forman (Rick), and Lana J. Albin.
The Mother of his children & friend: Jane; 7 Grandchildren: Brandon, Derek, Justin, Amber, Mitchel, Hollie and Carmyn.
1 Great Grandson: Vincent; 4 Brothers: Valtas, Claytos (Margie), Carlos (Debbie), Cledith (Betty) Hockenbury; 1 Sister: Mildred Owen,
and several Nieces & Nephews. Dad, thanks for giving us the gift of music.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Bethany Cemetery.
