DUDLEY - Josephine M. Zawislak, 92, of 22 Joshua Place, died Saturday, April 17, in Hubbard Regional Hospital.
She leaves a nephew, Richard B. Zawislak of Vero Beach, Florida. She was predeceased by her sister Mary Zawislak in1977 and her brother Joseph Zawislak in 1985.
She was born in Dudley, daughter of John and Anna (Jekot) Zawislak, and was a lifelong resident. She was a winder at Stevens Linen Associates for 22 years, retiring in 1976. Before that, she worked at Cluett Peabody Mills in North Grosvenordale. She was member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church, and enjoyed gardening.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, April 20, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main Street. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. A calling period will be from 8:15 to 9:15 Tuesday morning at the funeral home.
