Vincent, Helen Louise of Louisville died peacefully Friday, April 13, 2012, at home. She was born to Hayden Harlan and Grace Stewart Whobrey March 28, 1926, in Leitchfield, Kentucky, the oldest of six children. Louise was a member of Herald Johnson General Baptist Church (now Mt. Everest General Baptist Church) for 63 years and was an Eastern Star for 50 years.
Louise is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Charles H. Vincent, two daughters and their husbands, Anita Joan and Wendell Fraley of Louisville and Beverly Vincent and Dennis Boone of Olympia, WA, and three granddaughters, Beverly Karen Fraley of Louisville, Anna Grace Boone of Seattle, and Emily Ellen Boone of Tacoma. She is also survived by her sister Linda Faye Coomer and two brothers, Billy and Danny Whobrey as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and two sisters, Nevada Sanders and Lodean Wilson.
Funeral service will be 11am Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday 1-8 and Wednesday 10 until the service at 11. Well done, my good and faithful servant.
