Nikolaos Alisandratos, 79

Nikolaos Alisandratos, 79, of Mansfield, passed away in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday April 12, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Arhontia (Christias) Alisandratos.
Born in Cephallonia, Greece on March 19, 1933, he was a dear son of the late Gerasimos and Ioulia (Alisandratos) Alisandratos.
He grew up and was educated in Greece. In 1975, he moved to the United States and settled in Mansfield where he had made his home for the past 37 years.
Mr. Alisandratos was the proud owner of Supreme Pizza in Walpole, which he founded in 1980 and Norfolk Town Pizza, which he founded in 1990.
Niko’s family was the focal point of his life. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his devoted children; Mike Alisandratos and his wife Chantell of Mansfield and Maria Alisandratos of Sharon. The dear brother of Fani Frangoulis of Greece, he is also survived by his grandchildren; Nikolaos and Natasha Alisandratos, both of Mansfield.
His Funeral, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Tuesday April 17th at 9:00 A.M. from the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield, followed by services in St. Gregory The Theologian Greek Orthodox Church, 1007 West St. Mansfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday April 16th from 4-8 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home.
