Obituary

Noah T. Goodale, age 21, of South Easton formerly of Brockton died Tuesday April 10, 2012 at Boston Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was the beloved son of Thomas E. Goodale, BFD of Brockton and Susan J. (Fuller) Goodale, BFD of South Easton. Noah was raised in Brockton and attended the Davis Kindergarten, Kennedy Elementary, and South Jr. High; South Shore Charter Public School in Norwell, and was a 2010 graduate of Brockton High School. He had been employed for several months at Lindley Foods in West Bridgewater.

Noah loved playing baseball for West Little League, including playing two League championship seasons for the George’s Café team. He also enjoyed playing basketball with friends. While at South Shore Charter School he became proficient in Spanish, and participated in a community service mission to La Esperanza, Honduras. He also attended Camp Coca Cola for several years, a camp which encouraged personal goal-setting and community service projects. The highlight of his camp experiences was a summer spent hiking across Wyoming. Noah was an active participant in the youth programs at Christ Congregational Church, Brockton, and was confirmed in 2007. Noah loved music, especially rap and hip hop, and collecting his Jordan sneakers and matching caps. Noah will be remembered as an outgoing, loving, exuberant and charming young man with a secret soft spot in his heart.

In addition to his parents, Noah leaves his two beloved sisters Molly A. Goodale of Taunton and Laura C. Goodale of Brockton. He was the grandson of Calvin and Shirley Goodale of Brockton, Grace Fuller of Reading and the late William Fuller. He most enjoyed spending time with his many, much loved, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and his passing has saddened them all.

Noah’s funeral service will be celebrated in the church on Saturday at 10 am followed by burial in Melrose Cemetery.
