Mr. George DiNapoli, 95 of Medford died on Tuesday in Life Care Center of Stoneham. He was the beloved husband of Theresa (Soldano) DiNapoli with whom he shared more than 71 years of marriage. Mr. DiNapoli was born in Boston, son of the late Arturo and Angelina (Celata) DiNapoli. He has been a Medford resident for 94 of his 95 years. A graduate of Medford High School class of 1935, he worked as a salesman for S.S. Pierce for more than 35 years. He later worked at the former Cambridge Court House assisting in the stocking of Judge’s Chambers and courtroom necessities. He and his wife enjoyed ballroom dancing. He was a member of the Medford Lodge of Elks #915. Mr. DiNapoli enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his wife, children, grand and great grandchildren. In addition to his beloved wife, he leaves 2 sons, Arthur DiNapoli and his wife Rosalie of Wakefield, Richard DiNapoli and his wife Diane of Stoneham. Loving grandfather of Gary, Troy, Paul and Kevin DiNapoli, Carla Mattuchio and Michael DiGiorgio. Loving great grandfather of 14 great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Mary Oliva.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8.
