Elijah M. Tremblay, of Putnam, CT died Sunday, April 8th in Boston Children’s Hospital. He leaves his parents, Paul and Nicole (Pelletier) Tremblay; his siblings, Kelly Soldi, Ryan Tremblay, Jacob Tremblay and Owen Dellollio; his maternal grandfather, Steven H. Pelletier; his maternal grandmother, Debbi Lavallee and her husband, Robert; his paternal grandfather, Rudolph Tremblay; his paternal grandmother, Sandra Tremblay; his aunt, Deanna Collins and his uncle, Michael Tremblay. He was predeceased by his uncle, Jason Pelletier and his great grandmother, Leona Tremblay.
Elijah was born in Worcester on Monday, April 2nd.
Calling hours are Friday, April 13th from 10:30 until 11:30 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester with a service beginning at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Elijah’s memory to O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester, MA 01603.
