Catherine T. Madigan formerly of May St., Worcester died Wednesday, April 14, in UMASS Memorial Medical Center.
She leaves, two sisters, Agnes E. Sasso of Ontario, Canada and Florence A. Sulham of Auburn; nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Dennis J. and Anna E. (Hines) Madigan. She graduated from South High School, Worcester State College, Teachers College, and Columbia University.
Catherine was a Teacher for speech and hearing impaired children in the Worcester Public Schools, for many years.She was a member of St. John’s Church in Worcester.
The Funeral will be held Saturday, April 17, from FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 9 Hammond St., Worcester with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John’s Church, 40 Temple St., Worcester. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. Calling Hours are Friday, April 16, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
