Fugate, Callistus “Clissy” (Pendley), 76, of Louisville passed away Saturday April 7, 2012 at her home.
She was a native of Muhlenberg County, KY. a cashier/bookkeeper for Rusty’s Food Mart and a member of South Jefferson Christian Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Herman Fugate.
Survivors include her two daughters, Sharon Scott (Gary) and Debbie Fugate; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica and Jonathon Scott; five sisters, Jenny Reid , Eva Nell Goodrich, Fredia Pendley, Shirley Randolph and Dianna Carroll; brother, Jerry Pendley
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday and after 9:00 am Wednesday.
