Stephen Russell Adams, 32, of Fall River, formerly of New Bedford, died suddenly on Wednesday April 4, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in New Bedford, the son of Emily Adams Lamb and Warren Lamb, he lived in New Bedford for most of his life.
Russell was employed as a mechanic at Nuno's Auto Center in New Bedford. He loved working on automobiles and riding his motorcycle.
Survivors include his parents; three children, Vanessa, Corey, and Olivia Adams, and their mother Colleen Patterson; two sisters, Cherie and Michelle Adams; his grandparents, Laura and Richard Prudhomme; and several nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 12 Noon at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Monday from 5-8 PM. For directions and guestbook, please visit www.saundersdwyer.com.
