Hortense Laflamme 94, of Dudley St. died Tuesday at home. She was the wife of the late Albert L. Laflamme. Born in Woonsocket she was the daughter of the late Romeo and Marie (Dufresne) Giguere. Mrs. Laflamme was a spinner for the Glenmark Mills for fifteen years, she also worked at Miller Electric Co. as an inspector for nineteen years, before retiring in 1980. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Senior Citizens, the Fairmount Manor Club, and was an avid reader.
Mrs. Laflamme is survived by two daughters Pauline Tessitore and Diane Luttge both of Woonsocket, three grandchildren, Matthew Tessitore, Michelle Prendergast, and Brian Luttge, and three great-grandchildren, Bethany, Jacob, Noah.
Her funeral with visitation will be held Tuesday April 10th at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland.
