James Donovan Faulk, age 22, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2012, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Faulk was born on June 11, 1989, in Douglas, GA to Lawanda Crosby Faulk and James Larry Faulk.
Survivors include: his mother, Lawanda Crosby Faulk, of Douglas, GA; father, James Larry Faulk, of Nicholls, GA; two brothers, Waylon Faulk and Cameron Faulk, both of Douglas, GA; maternal grandmother, Lucille Crosby and late Saulter Crosby, maternal grandfather, of Axson, GA; paternal grandmother, Essie Mae Faulk and late James Curtis Faulk, paternal grandfather, of Nicholls, GA; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his best friend Matt Carter.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 6, 2012 from 6 to 9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Williams and Rev. Joe Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Church Cemetery.
