Elias G. Abourjaily, age 86, of Brockton, died April 3, 2012 at his home. He was the husband of Paulette (Slility) Abourjaily. Born and raised in Lebanon, Elias had been a resident of Brockton since 1976.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons Robert Abourjaily and his wife Eva and Riad Abourjaily and his wife Dia; two daughters Rita Abourjaily and Rabab Fakhri and her husband Sam, all of Brockton; and four grandchildren Angela and Paulette Abourjaily and Shanelle and Anna Fakhri also of Brockton.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday 4-8pm. Service of the Incense will be held at 5pm. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home on Thursday at 9am followed by a Service of the Divine Mysteries in St. Theresa Maronite Church at 10am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to St. Theresa Maronite Church, PO Box 2567, Brockton, MA 02305.
