Paul Dion, age 64 of N. Dartmouth passed away April 1, 2012. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Joaquin) Dion and son of the late Aurel and Irene (Ross) Dion. Paul retired from the Fall River News and he was USAF Viet Nam veteran and a parishioner of St. George Church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by daughters: Michele Dufresne (husband Joseph) of New Bedford and Nicole Almeida (husband Kevin) of Dartmouth; siblings: Yvette Ouelette of Fall River, Richard Dion of Tavares, FL and Norman Dion of Bristol, RI; grandchildren: Craig, Aaron and Rachel; mother-in-law Ann Joaquin & several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St., Fall River WEDNESDAY at 9 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. George Church, Highland Ave., Westport at 10 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery.
