Leonardo Luzitano, age 83 of Somerset, passed away March 28, 2012. He was the husband of the late Hilda (Arruda) Luzitano and the son of the late Belchior and Gloria (Soares) Luzitano. Prior to retiring, Mr. Luzitano worked at Vinnie’s Auto body in E. Providence. He was a communicant of St. John of God Church.
Mr. Luzitano was father of Beverly A. Dery and Leonardo C. Luzitano of Fall River; grandfather of 6, great grandfather of 1; brother of the late Leo, Clinton, Octavio “Archie” and Tiberio “Timmy” Luzitano and an uncle to several nieces & nephews.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Fall River MONDAY at 8 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John of God Church, Brayton Ave, Somerset at 9 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset.
