Helene A. (Latraverse) LaBarre 85, died Tuesday, March 20 in the Roger Williams Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Herve A. LaBarre. She was an inspector for the Electric Molding Co. for eighteen years retiring in1988. Mrs. LaBarre was a volunteer at the St. Antoine Residence for many years, and regularly attended the Adult Day Care Program of Sr. Services in Woonsocket.
She is survived by a son Ronald LaBarre and his wife Sandra of Cumberland, a daughter Susan Fernandes and her husband Leo of Woonsocket, a daughter Nancy Degrange of Exeter, ME, a sister Rita Moyen and her husband Normand of Woonsocket, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at
10:00 AM in Holy Family Church, So. Main St. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Odyssey Hospice, 2374 Post Road, Suite 206, Warwick RI, 02886.
