Rigg, Heartha R. (Childress), 87, passed away March 17, 2012 at her home.
Surviviors include her loving husband of 59 years, Ralph A Rigg; daughters, Donna Faris, Lonna Riggle (Al), and Bonnie Roman (Chris); grandsons, Adam Faris (Mandi), Brian Faris, and Elliott Roman; great grandson, Jacob Faris; brother, James Vincent (Nan); and sister, Sandra Green (Mike).
She is preceded in death by her son-in-law, Lonnie Faris; brothers, Owen, Artemus, and Reastal; and sisters, Rita and Gretta.
Funeral service will be noon Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Estil Cemetery, Scottsburg, IN. Visitation will be Wednesday 12-3 and 4:30-8 and after 10am on Thursday.
