Fredrica A. (Rudolph) Johnson, 98, of Kingston, formerly of Plymouth and Whitman, died March 15th in the Inn at Silver Lake, after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late George ‘Olle” Johnson.
Born in Plymouth, daughter of the late Jacob and Emily (Campbell) Rudolph. She grew up in Whitman and was a graduate of Whitman High class of 1931. And she also attended Fisher College.
In her younger years she worked for the Lever Brothers in Cambridge and at the Regal Shoe Company in Whitman.
Fredrica was a member of the Plymouth Women’s Club and she also volunteered at the Blood Mobile in Plymouth. She attended Village Pilgrimage Church.
She is survived by her sister-in law Louise Rudolph of East Bridgewater, cousins Virginia Buitenhuys of Kingston and Rhonda and Bill Hinchey of Pembroke; several nieces, nephew including John DiMestico of Parsonfield , ME.; Leah Huntington of Goldendale Washington; William Rudolph of Plymouth, MA; Nancy Keating of Stratham, NH and Richard Rudolph of Saugus, Ma She was also the sister of the late Louis and Eugene Rudolph, Louise Bolster and Annie DiMestico.
Her Memorial service will be held on April 21st at 12:00PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, (RT58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman, MA. Burial will be private.
