Romaine M. Lesnesky of Blakely died Friday in Hospice Community Care, Dunmore. She was the wife of Michael Lesnesky. The couple would have celebrated their 68th anniversary on April 22.
Born in Blakely, daughter of the late John and Josephine Hytovic Dubravcak, she was employed as a waitress at the Bluebird Diner and was the owner-operator of the Arnold Budget Bakery, Business Route 6, Dickson City. She was a member of Holy Cross Parish and was a former member of Holy Ghost Church, Olyphant.
Surviving are a son, Michael Jr. and wife, Donna, Peckville; three grandchildren, Lori Lesnesky, Scranton; Jamie Lynn Stracham and husband, Robert, Montdale; and Michael IV, Scranton; three great-grandchildren, Samantha, Robbie and Jacob Stracham; and a brother, Robert and wife, Barbara, Jessup.
She also was preceded in death by two sons, Paul and Larry; and a brother, John, in World War II.
Funeral services will be Monday from the Michael P. Glinsky Funeral Home Inc., 129 Grant St., Olyphant, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Cross Parish at St. Patrick's Church. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery, Blakely.
