HAVERHILL – Phyllis J. (Reinhold) Lamot, 84 of Haverhill, died unexpectedly Wednesday March 7, 2012 at her home.
Born and educated in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of Albert and Lena (Amedee) Reinhold. For many years Phyllis worked as a seamstress in Methuen. Her family especially her children and grandchildren were most important and was the love of her life. She was an avid reader, was always there to help people in time of need and had a love for animals.
The widow of Charles Lamot, she is survived by her children, Michael Lamot of Haverhill, MA, Sherry Matthes and her husband Raymond also of Haverhill, David Lamot and his wife Michelle of Gilford, NH, Robin Frechette and her husband Donald of Methuen, MA, Karen Lamot also of Methuen, MA and Kenneth Lamot of Haverhill, MA. One sister, Dorothy Kalil of Methuen, MA. She also leaves her grandchildren, Raymond, Justin, Charles, Joseph and Samantha Matthes, Michael and Cory Lamot, Jason, Donald and Jessica Frechette, Ashley, Emily and James Lamot.
Several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral services will be Monday morning at 11:000.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow in the Elmwood Cemetery also in Methuen.
