FALL RIVER … Kenneth Malcolm Waters, 75, passed away Wednesday March 7, 2012. He was born in Indianapolis, IN the son of the late William T. and Nellie (Peyton) Waters and had lived in this area for 20 years. He was the spouse of Barbara (Plummer) Waters. He served in the United States Navy for 20 years retiring in 1974 a Torpedo man 1st class. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was employed at Hughes Aircraft Company in Newport, RI retiring in 1983 and had also worked at Viti Mercedes for 10 years. He enjoyed football, the Indiana colts, working for Viti driving the Mercedes and spending time with family. Survivors include his wife, 6 Sons: Bruce A. Waters and Garry W. Waters both of Indianapolis IN, Franke R. Napier, Hugh A. Napier, Paul J. Napier all of Fall River, Jeffrey J. Napier of Tiverton RI, 4 Daughters: Debra L. Sowders of Indianapolis IN, Marianne Marier, Laurie E. Thibault both of Fall River, Judy L. Shimabukuro of Torrance, CA, 22 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John P. Waters, the late William E. Waters, the late June E. Trittipo, and the late Nancy R. Waters. Services to which relatives and friends are invited to will be held Saturday at 7pm at the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River. Calling hours will be from 4-7pm.
