WORCESTER-Jorgjia (Shipcka) Thimo, 75 of 397 Lovell Street, died Tuesday, April 6th in her home. Her husband Petro Thimo died in 1989. She leaves her daughter Loreta wife of Alexander Gjonca with whom she lived, a sister Andoneta Trebicka in Albania, 2 granddaughters and nieces.
She was born in Korca, Albania, the daughter of Naum and Anastasia Shipcka and came to Worcester in 1994. Mrs. Thimo had been a lawyer and a judge in Albania.
The funeral is Thursday, April 8th at Noon in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial is in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday, April 7th from 6:00 until 9:00 PM in the funeral home.
