Evans, GA – Dale Allen Rhein, 46, entered into rest on Monday, March 5, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Dr. Marty Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Dale was a graduate of Evans High School and worked as an Electrician for the City of Augusta. He was a loving father and enjoyed spending time with his family. Dale was well known for being the jokester and loved to make people laugh. He loved to spend time riding and working on his motorcycle.
Survivors include his son, Connor Dale Rhein, and daughter, Frances Claire Rhein, both of Martinez, GA, sister, Sherry Rhein Liberti of Evans, GA, mother of his children, Kerry W. Rhein of Martinez, GA, fiancé, Donna D. Barfield of Aiken, SC, father, Clyde A. Bostick, step-father, Randall B. Griffin of Martinez, GA, and nephew, Josh M. Liberti of Columbia, SC. Dale was preceded in death by his mother, the late Frances A. Griffin, and his stepfather, the late Stanley L. Rhein.
Pallbearers will be Derek Bulluck, Travis Lester, David Utley, Robert Wiley, Larry Yingling, Ricky Yingling, Jimmy Rivers, and Danny Roberts.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the funeral home.
