GENEVA (WILLIAMS) KUPRION, 85, passed away on February 29, 2012.
She was a past member of the former L & N Golf Club, a longtime volunteer for the Salvation Army, and a former member of Incarnation and St. Paul Catholic churches. Geneva loved various activities like golfing, fishing, boating, and playing cards and bingo. She instilled in her children the importance of giving back through volunteer work. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 55 years, Robert A. Kuprion; her parents, and 12 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her children, James “Terry”
Kuprion, Sharon Scheer (Donald), Joseph A. Kuprion (Cheryl), Barbara Keane Mackovic (Mark), Paul W. Kuprion (Pam), Pauline Bramer (Lynn), David F. Kuprion (Kelly) and Michael A. Kuprion (Tracy); 19 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 6901 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
