GROVELAND: Emily M. (Whatmough) Termini, 79, died at home peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of Joseph T. Termini with whom she shared sixty years of marriage.
Born in Lynn on December 14, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn (Randall) Whatmough. Their first child was born in Panama and after Joseph was discharged they came back to Lynn and resided there from 1955 until 1967. They then relocated to Groveland and have been residents there for the last forty-five years.
Emily worked for several years as a baker for the Ingaldsby Farm in Boxford. In her spare time when not tending to her family, she enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, going to the beach and especially loved to take long walks. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was very family orientated. Emily spent a lot of time babysitting for her grandchildren over the years. Her family will hold close to their hearts all the wonderful memories they have created together over the years. She will be forever missed by all who knew her.
