SALEM - Austin Tuttle Ropes, Jr., 63, Attorney at law, a lifelong resident of Salem died Friday, February 24, 2012 following a long illness.
Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Austin Tuttle Ropes, Sr. and Margaret (Ferreira) Ropes.
He received his Bachelors Degree from Tufts University and his Law Degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Austin is survived by his loving cousins. He will be buried alongside his mother and father in Harmony Grove Cemetery, Salem.
There will be no services. Arrangements are by the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem.
