Janice F. Fellows, 75, of Derry, NH died Saturday February 25, 2012 in the Aurora Senior Living Center in Derry. Mrs. Fellows was born in New Haven, CT on April 17, 1936, a daughter of the late Frederick O. and Gladys (Miller) Frost. She had resided in Derry for the past 23 years, formerly living in Guilford and West Haven, CT. She was employed in nursing for 30 years. As a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Derry, she was active with the church ladies group knitting and crocheting.
She is survived by her three sons, Charles R. Fellows, IV of Arlington, TX, Brian Fellows of Madison, CT, and Christopher Fellows of Higganum, CT, her three daughters, Cynthia Robichaux of Franklin, NH, Debra Slater of Derry, and Susan Adams of Phoenix, AZ, 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, her siblings, Charles Frost of North Haven, CT, William Frost of West Haven, CT, Evelyn Porter of Laconia, NH, Doris Van Epps of Woodbridge, CT, and Betty Dempsey of Piermont, NH, also many nieces and nephews. She predeceased by her husband, Charles R. Fellows, III and by her son, Timothy Fellows.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on Saturday March 3rd from 2 – 3pm in St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 63 E. Broadway, Derry. A memorial service followed at 3:00pm in the church. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 6th at 11:00am in the Beaverdale Memorial Park in CT. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
