C. Wesley Elgin, 75, died February 24, 2012 at the Gilchrist Hospice Center in Towson. He is survived by his two sons, Michael and Tony Elgin, his mother Fern Elgin, two brothers, Richard and Clifford Elgin and four great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his sister Holly Upperco.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Monday, February 27, in the Gardens of Faith Cemetery at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 8219 Town Center Drive,Baltimore, MD 21236-0025.
