LALLY, Marion F. (Murphy) of Wayland formerly of Dennis and Newton died peacefully in the care and comfort of her family on Wed. Feb 22, 2012. She was born in Cambridge on May 27, 1921 the daughter of the late Francis T. and Margaret (Mangan) Murphy. Beloved wife of the late William E. Lally who died in Nov. 1990. Loving mother of William F. Lally and his wife Jacqueline of Winthrop; Michael J. Lally of Dennisport; Janet M. Vitagliano and her husband Joseph of Wayland and Judith A. Lally and her husband Tevis Dooley of Arch Cape, OR. Devoted sister of Anne Brown Vets and her husband Carl Vets of Chatham. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. At the request of her family there will be no funeral home visitations. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 at 10:00 am at Good Shepherd Parish at St. Ann’s Church, 124 Cochituate Rd (Route 27), Wayland. Interment will be held at 2:30 pm at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
