Weston, FL – John Valentine Krupa, Jr., 35, of Weston, FL, formerly of Westport died unexpectedly Thursday, April 1, 2004 at Cleveland Clinic.
He was born in Fall River, son of Almerinda “Mena” (Rodrigues) Krupa-Tenchara and the late John Valentine Krupa, and lived in Westport for most of his life before moving to Florida in 2000. A 1986 graduate of Bishop Stang High School and a 1999 graduate of University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth he was an application quality analyst for Sheridan Health Corporation in Sunrise, FL.
Mr. Krupa was a United Staes Army Veteran of the Gulf War. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He enjoyed playing cards and golfing with friends.
Survivors including his mother are a loving sister: Lisa A. (Krupa) Tripp and her husband Carl of Westport; fiancée Karen Cardwell and her daughter Nicole of Weston, FL; 2 nieces: Carlisa Tripp and Emily Tripp; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, April 6, 2004 from the POTTER FUNERAL HOME, 81 Reed Road, Westport at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Church, Fall River at 11:00 A.M.
Calling hours Monday 4 – 8 P.M.
Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
