Virginia Maize Harper, 86, of Clarksville, TN, died on Monday, February 20, 2012 at Montgomery Care and Rehab. She was born on July 22, 1925 in Slayden, TN to the late F.L. Cunningham and Nettie Wright Cunningham. She was also preceded in death by her husband, I.J. "Jack" Harper.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 2 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Brother Matthew Kelley officiating. Entombment will be in Resthaven Mausoleum. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 21, 2012 from 4-7 PM and Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 12 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Virginia was a medical bookkeeper. She was also a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Holmes of Huntsville, AL; a granddaughter, C.C. Carmack; and two great grandchildren, Destini Carmack and Winter Carmack.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
