Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte. 123) Brockton Monday at 9am. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, N. Easton at 10am. Burial in Plymouth Rock Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 pm. Joshua D. Fine, 26 years died Wednesday afternoon at the Boston Medical Center. He was born in Stoughton son of James H. and Susan K. (Phillips) Fine. He lived in Brockton as a young boy before his family moved to N. Easton 17 years ago. Joshua was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School Class of 1996. He also attended the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston.He also had earned his pilots license and flew from Mansfield airport. Joshua was able to combine his artistic skills with flying to produce aerial films and photos. He was a film editor and screenwriter having written 10 screenplays. Joshua also enjoyed drawing and oil painting.Joshua was a member of the Boston Film and Video Foundation where he often took classes.He was also a member of AFTRA and the Screen Actors GuildJoshua was an avid snowboarder and water skier and enjoyed gymnastics.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother Jonathan K. Fine and his wife Maura of Middleboro, a daughter Jaley F. Fine of Brockton and his companion Jessica Pancyck of Brockton. He was the grandson of Mary L. Swindell of North Easton and uncle of Eva Fine. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousinsHe was the grandson of the late Herbert and Annette Fine and Donald Phillips.
