Margaret Heaton, 86, of Clarksville, TN, died on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Fieldstone Place.
She was born on March 22, 1925 in Cheatham County, TN to the late James Robert Williams and Willie Yarbrough Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Riley Heaton; a son, Jimmy Heaton; and two brothers, Jewel Williams and Harvey (Bill) Williams.
Funeral service will be held Monday, February 20, 2012 at 11 a.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Rev. Brad Benson officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 1-5 p.m. and Monday, February 20, 2012 from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Margaret was a leather cutter for Acme Boot Company. She was also a member of Forrest Street United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two brothers, Herschel Williams and Robert (Josephine) Williams of Clarksville, TN; a daughter-in-law, Carolyn Heaton of Clarksville, TN; two granddaughters, Mary (Keith) Dudley and Leigh (Timmy) Westerman of Clarksville, TN; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Timmy Westerman, Keith Dudley, Cale Booth, Todd Senseney, Hunter Dudley, and Tyler Irvin.
