SALEM - Tina Marie Tremblay, 45, of Salem, formerly of Lowell, died Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at the Beverly Hospital, Beverly.
Tina was born in Lowell and was a resident of the city until moving to Salem two years ago.
She is survived by her father, Leo “J-R” Tremblay, Jr and his wife, Judy R. (Herron) Holloran Tremblay of Salem, two sisters, Annette Tremblay of Salem, Michelle Tremblay of Lowell and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Eleanor (Foster) Tremblay.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem.
