James "Jim" Wintermeyer, 67, of Richmond, Virginia died Monday, February 13, 2012, at his residence. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.
Among his survivors is his wife, Dana Bowen Wintermeyer of Richmond, Virginia.
